The 14 Days of Focus challenge is your gateway to a stronger, healthier, and more focused you. If you’re ready to make real changes in just two weeks, this program is designed to guide you every step of the way. 14 Days of Focus is Part one of four is a series of goals to get you to peel back the layers of understanding yourself and see if this person underneath is the one you have had the potential to be all along. So come on board with me for 14 days and start your journey today………………. What are the challenges: 1. 5 - 10 minutes of Meditation. 2. 5 - 10 minutes of journaling. 3. 45 minutes of exercise. 4. No Cheat Meals - Take away food or anything deep fried. 5. No Alcohol. 6. Read ten pages of a non fiction book. 7. Drink 4 pints of Water. 8. Take a body Photo. These are to be repeated every 24 hours.
